Thank you for choosing JUSMABEL. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy that allows you to return the item(s) and receive a refund under the following terms and conditions:

Returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, we will not be able to process a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that have been damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds, unless there is a defect in the product or an error in the personalization.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email to obtain a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package when you send it back to us.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for a refund. We recommend that you use a traceable and insured shipping method to protect against loss or damage.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our refund policy criteria. If the item(s) meet our policy, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment, minus any shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive the returned item(s).
